NEXT REVOLUTION VOLLEYBALL PRESENTS:
VOLLEY LABS
 

• Next Revolution Volleyball is excited to offer an opportunity for new, beginner/novice or middle school level players to gain more access to the sport in an affordable and quick way! 
• The Volley Lab program is an opportunity for players (male and female) to participate in volleyball at an early age (ages 5 through the 8th grade) in 1 hour or 1.5 hour sessions on Sundays and Mondays. With the current trends in the Southwestern Virginia area to allow 6th graders to tryout at most area school systems and the rise of boys volleyball in the United States the need for players to have experience earlier and at younger ages has increased. 
• Our program begins in October and will allow parents to bring players on Sundays, Mondays or both sessions based on your schedule and desired commitment level. 
• Sessions will be held at our facility. Performance Athletic Center in Roanoke VA and will be staffed by Next Revolution Coaches.
• Each week players will learn a new skill concept, participate in sportsmanship building activities and have an opportunity to play competition based games to help teach basics about the sport.

• Players will learn basics of volleyball including passing, setting, serving and hitting. Older groups will learn fundamentals such as rotation, basic rules and game concepts. All players will learn other off the court philosophies such as teamwork, communication with peers,  positive ways to handle frustration and how to be a good teammate as defined by SafeSport and USA Volleyball. Next Revolution Volleyball coaches will work to ensure a positive environment for players while offering them valuable skill sets for life.

• Registration will remain open throughout the program for all players OR until all spots are filled.

• Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all player information is accurate and current. 

The following will be information needed for complete registration:

• Demographic information including player birthday, grade, address

• Player/Parent contact information including email and phone number

• Acknowledgement and agreement of participation waiver

To complete player registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

REGISTRATIONS ARE NONREFUNDABLE UNLESS UNABLE TO PHYSICALLY PARTICIPATE DUE TO AN INJURY THAT HAS BEEN DOCUMENTED BY A PHYSICIAN.

Current or Previous Users: Players who currently are or have had a SportsEngine Account linked to your family or personal email address please use that to sign in and register for tryouts. SE allows multiple family members to be linked under one email address, this allows for one sign in/ log in and easy management of all players participating in the same family.

Tryout registration is designed to be completed by the parent or guardian of the player registering for tryouts. If selected for a team your SE account will be used to accept your roster position as well as complete your USAV Membership at a later date. All players will be required to have a Sports Engine account for the 2022 season which will be utilized as a main source of information, paperwork and possibly player fees for Next Revolution Volleyball.
